"DON'T ORDER !"

I ordered a lightstick in march with a release date on april. We're in June and I still didn't receive it.

They took too much orders and don't have them in stock and don't know when they will.

They don't give any updates if you don't ask.

I'm still waiting for a refund.

That's a shame !!!

From what I remember, the order itself arrived fine and everything was packed decently, so no complaints there. The part that stuck with me was having to pay customs fees I really wasn’t expecting. It ended up making the total cost feel a lot higher than what I thought I was paying at checkout.

I had a small issue with my order info, so I messaged Cokodive customer service. I wasn’t really expecting a super fast reply, but i’ve always had the impression they’re reliable, and this kind of confirmed it for me. They got back to me quicker than I thought and explained everything clearly without making it feel like a whole complicated process. They were nice, straightforward, and my question got sorted without endless back and forth. Overall, really good experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty smooth return overall"
I had to return something because I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and I was a little nervous about it. COKODIVE got back to me quickly though and explained what I needed to do. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and my refund went through without any real issues. Shipping it back took a bit, but that’s kind of expected. Overall, I’d say they handled it well.

The payment did go through without any issues, but the confirmation took longer than I was comfortable with. I’m always a bit cautious when money is involved, so that delay had me wondering if something had gone wrong. It wasn’t a huge problem in the end, but I would’ve felt better with a quicker update.

I ordered from Cokodive a little while ago, and everything arrived in good condition, so no real complaints about the actual products. When I placed the order, the site was easy to figure out, and when the package showed up, the packing was decent too. The only thing that stuck with me afterward was the shipping cost. At the time, it felt a bit high for what I was buying, and even now, it makes me think twice about ordering again. If the shipping was cheaper or shown more clearly earlier in the process, I’d probably feel better about it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just more expensive to get delivered than I expected.

"Pretty good if you catch the right sale"
I’ve ordered from Cokodive a couple of times now, mostly when I’m already browsing for albums or merch and end up comparing prices for way too long. The shipping info was easy enough to follow on my last order, which I appreciated, and everything went smoothly. Their regular prices aren’t always the cheapest, so I don’t always buy right away, but I do keep coming back to check because the promo codes can actually make a difference. I got a decent discount last time, and that made the order feel worth it.

"Found a K-pop Shop That Didn’t Make My Wallet Cry"
I remember the first time I ordered from COKODIVE, I was doing that thing where you open a bunch of tabs and compare prices like you’re solving a mystery. A lot of K-pop shops had prices that made me pause, but COKODIVE actually felt fair in comparison. Since then, I’ve ordered a few more times, and the item prices haven’t felt outrageous at all. Shipping can definitely add up depending on what you’re getting, so I still keep an eye on the total before checking out, but I do appreciate being able to find official merch without feeling like I’m getting completely ripped off

"Same Quality Issues Again"
This was kind of disappointing. The item showed up looking cheaper than I expected, the print was a little faded, and one corner was bent. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I’m tired of running into the same kind of quality issues again. Just not great.

"Pretty happy with my Cokodive order"
My order from Cokodive arrived packed really well, and I’m sure the item was in perfect condition. I didn’t notice any dents or scratches, and even the box looked nice. It did take a little while to get here, but with how good everything looked when it arrived, I can’t really complain.

"Solid preorder experience"
Preordered an album from Cokodive. Smooth overall. I knew it wouldn’t ship right away, since it was a preorder, but the wait still felt kinda long. They updated the order once stock came in. Tracking worked fine. Packaging was good too. Nothing arrived damaged, which was the main thing for me. Only giving 4 stars because updates could be faster. Still, it arrived safely. I’d order again

"wrong item at first, but they fixed it"
i got the wrong item in my order, which was annoying since i had already waited a while for it to arrive. i reached out to support and they did get back to me, not exactly super quickly, but it was okay. they asked for photos, checked everything, and then sent out the right item. the whole thing was a bit stressful, but at least it got sorted in the end
